1) If I order from PhoneStyle.Com, will I receive a bunch of junk mail.
Answer: We do not sell any customer information, nor do we put our customers on any mailing lists.
2) What are the shipping and handling charges?
Answer: Shipping and handling is processed with every order, and you will be able to see the amount before completing a purchase, unless a rush order is specified.
3) How long will it take to get my new faceplate & how is it shipped?
Answer: Shipping is via US Postal Service so there is no need for signature upon delivery and we do not have tracking numbers. We can not guarantee delivery times. Delays with the Postal Service and company/building mail rooms are out of our control. We ship orders within 3 business days. In the U.S., delivery time is typically 3-10 days. Foreign orders typically take around 2 weeks to arrive.
4) Is my order secure?
Answer: We use a credit card verification program that has a direct secure connection to the credit card companies. You will see the key or lock symbol during the checkout process telling you the information will communicate in an encrypted format.
5) Will a Nextel V600 i730 faceplate fit my Nextel i730 phone?
Answer: Yes, V600 style covers are a newer style of i730/i733 covers. They will fit any i730, i733 cell phone. Professional Installation is recommended.
6) I don't live in the United States, can I still buy your products?
Answer: No problem, the difference is that you must pay by credit card. Shipping outside the U.S. and Canada is $3.00 extra, and it will take an extra week to arrive via Air Mail. Note: Depending on the country, you may have to pay some additional customs fees/taxes. All our prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars
7) Do you make custom designed faceplates?
Answer: At this time we do not offer this service. We hope to be able to in the future and will post information and have a special link when we can offer this service.
8) Can I place an order over the phone?
To keep staff size and costs down, we do not have phone order operators and only take orders via the web site shopping cart.
9) Do you sell the matching "back" of the phone?
Answer: All Nextel covers come with the full housing, including the matching back panel. For Nokia phones, and some motorola phones, the back panel is not available.
10) What is the talk & standby time of my cell phone battery?
Answer: Talk & Standby time varies greatly depending on how you use your phone, the signal strength from the cell towers, etc. Approximate standard Talk and Stand-by time ratings: 2 hours per 100 mAH standby 20 minutes per 100 mAH talk time
11) Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in 30 days for refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charge is not refundable. We recommend you send your return via a track-able shipping method in case it get lost.
12) What is the difference between a Boost phone and a Nextel phone?
Boost is a service provider which provides pay as you go service. You can charge your phone with minutes and there is no monthly access charge. Nextel's service is a monthly service which contains an access plan and monthly charges. Two way services can be used between Nextel and Boost, provided your calling plan allows it. Housings will fit Boost or Nextel Phones, the phone models are identical except for their internal software, which is programmed as a Boost phone or a Nextel Phone.
